	Тбилиский международный конкурс пианистов RULES OF THE COMPETITION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Third Tbilisi International Piano Competition will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, on October 2 - 15, 2005. The Competition will take place every four years. The Competition is open to pianists of all nationalities with age 16 - 33 years. The Competition will consist of four rounds: two Preliminary Rounds, a Semi-final and a Final Round. No more than twelve contestants will be admitted to the Semi-final Round and no more than six to the Final Round. All finalists will be awarded monetary prizes and commemorative medals. All semi-finalists will be awarded honorary diplomas. All prize-winners will contribute their services by participating in the Gala–concert at the Special Awards Ceremony, which closes the Competition. All rounds are open to the public. The programme shall be performed from memory. Pieces may not be repeated between the rounds of the Competition. No changes in the submitted programme will be accepted. Actual timing of each work performed must be stated accurately. The length of the programme may not exceed the allotted time. The score of the work of a Georgian composer will be sent out to the contestants no later than June 15, 2005. The order of appearance of the contestants will be determined by drawing of lots and will be strictly adhered to throughout the Competition. All contestants must attend the drawing of lots on October 2, 2005. In the event of any recordings, the contestants shall renounce all claims and fees. All rights belong to the Georgian Music Competition Fund. The Georgian text of the rules is definitive. Цитировать
