Who likes video games? I do! Oh well so much for that. Anyway PS3 is coming out in march, here(america) and europe. Which brings us to this question. Which version will you buy? the 160gb for $409 or the 250gb $545 ? I'm not gonna get any of the versions, because I'm not crazy ^_^. Well those are the prices in america i'm not sure what the price in europe will be (maybe a bit less) La, la, la. As you can see i'm running out of ideas what to write about I just want to reach the "1000" posts thing.  actually i don't really care about that either. I'm just here to talk to people and THAT'S all, nothing more. zippo, zilch, nada, nothing. |

Unless you have havn't noticed. DO NOT send this to the trash. It is where it's supposed to be. If you don't like what I said up there or if something is bothering you READ CLEARLY. After the "1000" posts thing, I said that i really didn't care about that. Next time tell ME before going off and telling the Admin.  |

No, their not. Why do people always say that? Video games are for everyone. Most gamers are over 20. Why do you think they make games that say "17 +"? Play those new games that came out and you'll see what I mean. I didn't get mad about the games part, but because before telling me the person told someone else. I mean that's kinda messed up, because I wanna know when I did something wrong, too. |

well maybe you are right, they do make games that say 17+, but what does that mean? it means - more blood, violence, cruelty, (or even worse)/// i'm just saying that there are so many other ways to spend your time, instead of waisting it for playing games.  |

Valteam, there's a difference between hearing and seeing. I have played all three systems and xbox has the trashiest games and stuff. Plus the controller weighs like 2 kg's(exaggerating a bit but it weighs alot though)! Actually Nintendo Gamecube has the fastest loading time of all three systems. From what I heard though that PS3 will have at least 2-4 times the speed of xenon (xbox 2). There is no possible way that microsoft is better than sony. Sony is the master of home entertainment and electronics. I kinda feel sorry for sega though because their system had higher abilities than ps2 even though it was older. Too bad that it went down the drain (metaphor) |

Ok sure the Xbox has good shiny lightening effects and graphics as well as cel shading in games. But in the end it's about the gameplay that matters (Halo is alright though and a few others...). Depends, if you like rpg's, sports or all around games. For rpg's (role-playing sort of like adventure but you level up your characters in battle) i'd suggest ps2 or ps1. For sports, xbox. And for the strangest and weirdest childish (well at least they look childish for some) like games....definetly gamecube (and for games like mario and zelda ^_^) |

Even if I'd want to play some (action and 3d - that's what I prefer), I wouldn't buy none of those consoles, cause it takes the whole console and tv for that, I guess the only reasonable variant would be - getting a nice CPU (for PC) with at least 2,5 or 3 Ghz, and GPU (graphics processing unit) - something like Ati Radeon X800 Pro, I know It's not cheap, but in comparison, consoles - all of them sux!, Wanna know why they seem to be so fast and gameplaying? (i mean consoles), Only because they use TV resulotion!! which is about 640x480 or little higher in wider screens, and lets see what regular 17" and 19" monitor provides? - up to 1600x1200 (for 17") or 2048x1536 (for 19")!!! it makes games look much better and detailed!!! and you can use also AA settings and Anisotropic filtering (using GPU)... In Fact if you turn GPU to regular console resolution (put them in the same situation), even if you use highest quality with AA (anti aliasing), GPU would give 3 times higher perfomance!!! or even more! so that's why I'm not excited about PS2 or Xbox, or any of them...  |

Yes, that is true, but look on the bad side. You'd have to waste a ton of cash. Plus like every year or less you'd have to keep upgrading your computer and stuff. So it all seems a bit like a waste x_x. I have other things in my life that I would waste money on. Plus here in U.S.A a ps2 costs 150 dollars (used is 130) and a good detailed t.v. (flat screen) costs at least $300( 32" at least the one we have )! so that's like what..a good $450. The graphic card Ati Radeon X800 Pro or something better itself costs around $450-700 here. I would prefer the t.v. and the console though, because of the cheapness of course. If the computer and the upgrades were cheap i'd get them in a heartbeat. Of course if I had the money or if I was a rich man and had nothing to spend the money on i'd use it to get a very nice pc or laptop (maybe even a notebook laptop) With good upgrades. Then i wouldn't mind upgrading to even better cards and things when they come out. But as you can see i'm unemployed (i do work with my dad but that's different) And consoles is the best i can do. Oh yeah just now my dad came home and now he's eating. He wanted to say privet to all of you guys (including you and your family too valteam). err....you do know who I am, right? I was born in kiev my parents know your parents well. Actually everyone mostly knows each other there, i guess. Well see you later. I don't have time to say much more. Gotta rest (go outside) from all of this radiation coming from the house. |
